Dave and I exchanged several emails regarding his service and availability. He then came to our home for a firsthand look at the work he would be doing. I liked him, he seemed forthright and honest so I told him I would hire him. We agreed on a starting date. He asked what time would work best for me ... I emailed him back with a time but have not heard a word from him since. It's been a week! I've called him three times. The last time I called him I told him if he didn't get back to me by the end of the week I was going to go in another direction because I was not getting a good vibe. I STILL have not heard from him!! I then called the number he gave me for his wife. That got me nowhere ...she was rude and unconcerned. I have no idea what the problem is ... maybe he'll see this review and offer and explanation. In any case, he obviously does NOT have the job and I wouldn't recommend him as he does not seem reliable.

after agreeing to take this job something told me to take a couple of days and reconsider, and I did. I then began to think about the things the lady of the house told me during our meeting. Things like they've been through several cleaning companies and had something negative to say about every one, she also spoke of things getting broken and a company having insurance replace them wouldn't be the same which I completely understand but I also understand that accidents can happen in this business although I've been lucky enough not to experience them yet. I also think it to be wise to whole heartedly allow that person to take full responsibility. to make it simple I wish her luck I just simply change my mind on taking this job. I will never try to take a job if I feel I couldn't please 100% and also when she contacted my wife, my wife was up working all night and when she did get to lay down and sleep she was awaken by a lady who she never had a conversation with before freaking out on her. She never said anything nasty to you other than she will deliver your message. I just didn't think we would be a good fit for each other but I do wish Oneieda luck in finding someone for her needs.

Wall to Wall cleaners were exceptional! They were on time thorough, flexible with my schedule, friendly and just great to work with! They did a full house cleaning and carpet cleaning for me when I moved out of a rental...very competitive pricing and an excellent job to boot! I would recommend them to anyone in need of janitorial/ cleaning services.

David Brantley performed a move out cleaning on my apartment. Due to my needing to change times for the cleaning, David graciously changed his schedule to meet mine. The cleaning was well done and in a timely manner. I appreciate all of his efforts and would definitely use him again.
