- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept most Major Credit Cards or Can also Provide Financing Options... We charge $70.00 for a service call/repair work including the first hour. We are $65.00 an hour after that billed in 15 minute increments. We also give solid quotes for more lengthy detailed projects. We are ALL military veterans, Navy, Marine Corps & Army so we give military discounts and Senior Citizen Discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
GUARANTEE/WARRANTY; 5 YEAR WARRANTY on ALL of our work. Manufacturers warranty on parts which is typically 1 year on parts. 12 YEAR WARRANTY on Mini-split HVAC systems. Whether its breaker boxes, electrical service work, standby generators, Mini-split ductless HVAC systems or a longer term project, you can call us to schedule. You will have the assurance of receiving quality electrical and mechanical work. We are fully insured, licensed Master Electricians & EPA certified HVAC specialists with police & financial background clearances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only did I learn from hands on training since a young boy, but I also went to technical school where I earned a degree in Electrical & HVAC. I also have my electrical license from the city of Harrisburg. PPL Electric Utility Contractor
