- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have multiple levels of wedding packages and separate photography packages. We strive to accommodate all situations with two shooters at an affordable price. There are never surprise fees. What you see is what you pay, with the option to add prints or products in addition to what comes with your package!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new customer, it is important that we discuss the timeline to best determine the coverage as well as the products you want. We will work together to find the package that best suits your day and needs. In the time leading up to your wedding or event based on the sit down and questionnaire, we will create a schedule and a shot list neatly typed out so we can show we can show you exactly how the day is planned to your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of technical school training in the field of Graphic Arts ranging from press operations to professional photography processes.
