Piano mover, Jason and his team were courteous and handled my items appropriately. Concerned that I has to pay an extra $250 for the use of tools to breakdown the piano… when I am hiring a piano mover. Tools should be already included in the original pricing. Customer would not know before hand for that need for the piano to be breakdown.
