Please be aware of what you are getting into before you hire this professional. He has done a patio for me not even a year ago and it looked great at firs and then it started sinking. After initial few days of sinking he came and fixed it basically removed pavers and put sand so they would look even. Every time it rained the sand would flush out and sink the pavers out. Since it was winter I waited to contact Clifton Davis until spring and when I did he bluntly outright said not my problem it is because of rains.. i cant fix it until August then when I contacted him again he said he will pay 700$ he made out of it by end of June to cover the bad work and cant fix it . Now he claims that he spoke to his attorney and rains caused damage and hence he wont give the money either. Long story short not even a year and i have to shell another 1500 out of my pocket to get patio repaired for the repair he should be doing in the warranty he promised for a year... Taking him to courts now .. if you want this kind of hassle please feel free to hire him.
