- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing isn't complicated. I try to look at a job and accurately gauge how long it will take me to complete and figure my pricing from there.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my jobs are for interior painting. I do a fair amount of commercial work for apartment complexes, I have a couple realtors I deal with providing work for the buyers or sellers and the rest is primarily word of mouth and repeat customers.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I took on a large house project for a homebuyer. The job entailed removing 5 rooms of wallpaper, 5 rooms of borders and painting a total of 15 rooms. It was a big job and my schedule was tight. I completed the job within the timeframe before the buyer moved in and they were extremely happy. It always feels good to complete a job and receive positive feedback.
