- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order for me to provide my customers with a fair and accurate price I would have to see the property first. Me and my crew do the best we can on every job, and I have up to 18 year non prorated warranties on our products .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Giving them an honest answer to all there questions . Not leaving anything out .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working for other roofers for years .
