- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the room or area. Depending on soil accumulation, price may be adjusted. Pet stains and synthetic dye removal are services we can provide, but are not included in the room/area standard price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a walk through the home to understand what is needed and what is expected. Questions are answered before prepping the home to be cleaned. We take careful precautions by laying drop cloths and using corner guards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly updating and improving my techniques. Additionally, I am researching chemicals and equipment to be sure I have the best on the market today.
