We had a number of issues with a new Dell laptop computer. Craig did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and was instrumental in getting Dell to honor their service warranty and agree to send a Dell service man to our house to install new parts. We will definitely use Craig in the future for any computer service work.

Craig is a professional who I would go to when it comes to computer repair. His service rate is fair and affordable. He uses pictures to demonstrate the problem, so it is very easy to understand. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work Craig , and I would recommend him to friends and family.

Craig has serviced our computers several times over the years since we have 3 or 4. He is always professional & so easy to talk to. His service rates are very fair & he explains everything so even I can understand. Nice to work with & I highly recommend him!

Craig is truly a technology genius. When our less than 2 year-old top-of-the-line laptop didn't boot up due to a hard drive failure, we panicked at the thought of losing important files and priceless photos. That's when Craig came to the rescue. After locating him through Thumbtack, he responded to our email request for data recovery services within literally minutes. Within a day's time, he contacted us with the fabulous news that he had successfully recovered our data. In addition, he offered helpful advice about other programs that would be of use to us, and restored our laptop to working condition.
Craig was extremely patient, thorough, and responsive - and explained everything in great detail - so even two technologically-challenged people were able to understand what was happening. :)
We're pleased to say that a very stressful situation, that could have had a very unpleasant ending, ended very happily - thanks to Craig's knowledge and professionalism. Thanks, Craig, for everything!
