- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated. I charge thirty dollars per hour labor, plus mileage, plus parts, etc. Most instruction and questions are free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Microsoft Product Specialist. This provides me with a steady stream of the latest info on their systems and softwares.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Six and a half years as a computer technician for the US Air Force during the Viet Nam War. Eighteen years an electronic technician contacted by the US Department of Energy at the Nevada Test Site Nuclear Disposal Project. An 17 years as the Owner and Sole Proprietor of my own Computer Consulting Business in Las Vegas, Nevada and Here in Pennsylvania.
