Kenwood Construction literally saved my house but also agreed to continue with my home project started by the previous contractor. The previous contractor vanished when the Columbia Borough closed the construction site for over 12 violations. Aaron (Kenwood Construction) was highly recommended by a good friend of mine. Only a few days after our initial phone call, Aaron visited my property (punctual) for an initial assessment. He quickly (responsiveness) formed a team of experts to remediate the violations before asking for a new building permit. It is extremely rare to find a builder who has enough grit, confidence, knowledge, and savior faire to take upon a job that was already started and totally botched. Aaron is that kind of builder. You just found him. The first phase of my construction has already started. The inspections were successful with no corrections to be made.
