David removed damaged old sub-floor planks in a room in my 165+ year old home, and put down a new sub-floor. He showed up early (on time) ready with all the materials and tools he needed for the job. Once I showed him where the project would be done he got right to work, and worked nonstop the entire time he was here. I feel he is very knowledgeable, polite, and patient. He answered any questions I had and explained things well. For the age of my home there were a few unexpected things that popped up but David handled these challenges with no problem. I am completely satisfied with the finished product of his work and will definitely be hiring him again in the future.

Dave is very responsive, attentive, and a hard working individual. We had multiple projects for him 2 cedar shed makeovers, power wash, repair and stain a large deck, insulate a crawl space. He was there early to work on the projects, he did an excellent job, and he takes pride in his work. Quality workmanship, dependable and reliable companies are hard to find. We are extremely happy we found him. He is our "go to guy" from now on!

Dave took an ugly concrete pad on the back of my house and turned it into a beautiful deck and pergola with a built in storage box/seat for all of the gardening tools and grilling paraphernalia that needed a home. The job took one week and Dave was on time and extremely professional in every way. Since I only had an idea of what I wanted it to look like, Dave was allowed to be creative and he designed a beautiful living space and executed it as only a true craftsman could.
