Elisandro was amazing! He was very responsive and had many great suggestions. He rolled with the punches of the project and never complained. He kept me informed when running behind and was adaptable to my schedule. You can tell he has many years of knowledge and experience when he speaks and that helps when a customer like me doesn’t know much. I would definitely recommend him for any job that requires a plumbers touch. He will be called for future projects because his business is multifaceted- he also does home cleaning and carpets! I hired this individual to install a fireplace insert in my home. During the installation process, he drilled holes through my living room wall into my basement wall. Although he patched the holes and assured me he would return to properly repair the damage, he failed to do so and has since ‘ghosted’ me, leaving the work incomplete.
Additionally, he left behind wood (I gave him the funds) purchased from Home Depot, which he did not use. He has not returned the lumber, and due to its size, I am unable to transport it myself to return it. Furthermore, he expected me to purchase the paint needed to fix the damage he caused by his work, which I find unreasonable.
His lack of follow-through, unprofessional behavior, and failure to complete the agreed-upon repairs have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I strongly advise others to exercise caution and avoid engaging his services.
