I had a situation that needed immediate attention—something sensitive and time-bound—and I wasn’t sure who to call. I reached out to Elisandro at Pro-Cleaning & Handyman Services, and I’m glad I did.
From the start, he was straightforward about his timing, scope of work, pricing, and expectations. He showed up when he said he would, got to work immediately, and handled everything I needed with care and precision. In fact, while he was here, we added on another project that required some quick thinking and creativity, and he took it on without hesitation.
What stood out to me wasn’t just the quality of the work—which was excellent—but how much pride he takes in it. Throughout the job, he consistently checked in to make sure everything was to my liking, making adjustments in real time rather than waiting until the end when it’s often too late. That level of attention is rare and genuinely appreciated.
