- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With the use of lasers we measure the square footage of the project. And linear footage of window trim, baseboards or crown molding. There are base price for small jobs. I offer competitive pricing among other contractors with no hidden fees, special discounts to military and veterans. I also consider people whom have been affected by natural disasters. Special discounts are offered around the holidays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would meet with a customer in person and go over the job. Once measurements and square footage of the job are verified (to assure an accurate estimate) the customer will then get an email with the estimate price. This may take 24 to 48 hours to complete. After a day or two, a follow up email will be sent to ask to any questions and concerns, as well as offer the ability to schedule the job. A final meeting regarding color choices and shines will be done. A normal process may take 5 to 7 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting for over 15 years. I went to college to become an R/N, but did not graduate. I then took online classes to become better at public relations and business management.
