Yoga with Alax

Introduction: I teach group or private lessons for all levels. I provide unique routines that quickly grow strength, balance, and flexibility. I love to teach inversions (getting upside down)! I was trained in Hawaii and am 200-hour certified. I taught in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, for a number of months before deciding to start a client base in PA. My classes are carefree and fun but can be a challenge if you're willing.
