- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My journey.. I've always admired photography, but it wasn't until I started traveling that I became more intrigued. I started to see that it was a powerful tool to save pieces of life and it's experiences. As time passed, I wanted to learn & grow as an artist- which led me to Cape Town to study photography and journalism. I remember during the school thinking how amazing it would be to photograph a wedding someday. Turns out, that came sooner than later! I did not foresee coming back home and staring my own business in 2012. It's been a mixture of challenges, joys and an undeniable love for photography & business. I now live and work out of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania- a place with amazing heritage and people!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common photography jobs are family portraits, engagement portraits and wedding coverage- I love every opportunity and consider it an honor!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my most fulfilling recent photography experiences was a volunteer documentary trip- traveling to India highlighting the culture and a children's home that is making an incredible difference in many lives. I LOVE giving back and the power of storytelling and communications.
