Brennan did a great job. He looked over both problems and tackled the leaky facet first. He quickly determined that there would be a special tool needed to do the job and called to see if it was available or could be ordered. While waiting to hear back from his office, we looked at the potentially stopped up downspout/drain. He determined that it was not actually blocked and that the leakage showing in the area was because the drain in the ground had settled. In a matter of minutes he had it solved at no charge.

Everything was done well and quickly. Four stars, not five, which was what I initially rated. The work was good, the man was professional, but the work was overpriced. Pipes under sink had leaks. The cost was quoted as 240.00. My old disposal broke when he was working , so I asked him to just take it out which was more time added to that, I had agreed to a 240.00 deluxe plan, so no 76.00 initial cost. Upon arrival, he said new customers are not charged an initial fee, though I already had agreed to the plan and waiving the initial fee was part of it. After being here a little more than an hour taking out old metal pipe, putting in pvc pipe under sink, a new sink drain, and hooking dishwasher up to new pipes, the cost was 493.00. That was with 15%off. He arrived very quickly after initial call, was professional, work was good. Cost was exorbitant, which is the companys fault, not his, I guess. The receipt was not itemized, so I will ask for a proper invoice. I had agreed to that price, after the old disposal was broken because there really was no way, at that point , I could call another plumber. A leak became a huge problem. I will cancel the plan and have to pay the 70+ initial fee and 15% more for services, which will make the cost come to 566.95 + 76 or 643.11 for an hours work, some pvc and plastic ( the pipes had been metal) , and a sink drain.
