FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is individual and catered to your specific needs. In the case of repairs where hardware replacements might be necessary, pricing is also subject to the market.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first want to understand a new customer's level of knowledge; I never want to insult or disrespect the steps that someone has already taken to fix a problem. This information is also key to prevent wasting time. My next step is to understand the goal; what are you looking to achieve? Between these two, my only goal is to save time. By knowing what you've tried already and what you're looking to do, we can get anything fixed together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is grounded in years of hands-on technical repair and enterprise systems consulting. I built my foundation as a professional repair technician at uBreakiFix, diagnosing, repairing, and configuring hundreds of mobile devices, PCs, Macs, and gaming systems at the hardware and component level. Today, I work as a web development dealing with complex system architectures and network data flows. I pair formal bench diagnostics with ongoing, practical expertise in residential Wi-Fi deployment, network optimization, and smart home hardware integration.
