What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Getting a free at-home estimate is probably the best way to get a price on repairs, a new motor, or a brand new door. For example, a new garage door can range in price from as little as $900 to over $4000, depending on what size and model you are looking for
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer gets a two hour appointment window. When the technician is en route, the customer receives a courtesy call or text from us with a more specific ETA. Upon arrival, the garage door/ opener is inspected, and most repairs can be done immediately. Minimum one year warranty on all parts and labor
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years experience in the garage door industry
