Introduction: My work stands out from other cleaners because for one, I'm consistent which means each cleaning comes with the same quality and careful attention as the first cleaning. I've noticed with some cleaning services I've worked for they get complacent and become to comfortable after a period of time and they start to "slack off"I on the other hand have a strong work ethic and take pride in my work and set higher standards for myself. Texted less than five minutes before scheduled time to tell me she would be 30 to 40 minutes late. Informed her I had an appointment to make and when she did show up, bad attitude and asked me if I even wanted her to do it. At that point I said forget it. Do not hire

It is true I did run late and I'm very very sorry, I did'not realize I was out of a couple of cleaning items and I needed to restock also it was the first time I was ever at your home and was not familiar with the setup of which complex your condo was in. When I did arrive at your home you were so upset and abrupt with me that I was afraid by the time I went back to my car to get my cleaning supplies you would have flipped so I did ask if she still wanted me to clean. I did not know you had an appointment until that morning, I assumed like most customers that you would like to be there at least the first time until you feel comfortable with the person your letting into your home. Again I apologize for any inconvenience I put you through.

Reasonable and Affordable Rates for Exceptional Work. Rates are typically based on the area and how much labor is involved for a paticular job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I like to communicate with a potential client what their personal cleaning needs are for their home or business and schedule a day and time to meet to do a walk thru of the job to give to see exactly what and where cleaning is needed and to give an estimate based on that walk thru.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to learn anything about cleaning that I don't already know. I like to be able to offer my customers the best products out there for their personal cleaning needs.
