- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per window (for window cleaning), per feet (for gutter cleaning), and per square feet (for Power Washing and Solar Panel Cleaning). - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would make a customized estimate for you, completely complimentary. This could be in-person, or on a mobile video call. Whichever you prefer. If you'd like, we can make changes to the estimate. For however you'd like to change the services/price to your comfort level. And once you approve the estimate, we'll start/schedule your work, directly, or whenever is convenient for you. Once started, we can still always agree to do more, or less, work, based on your preference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in window cleaning alongside a great mentor for years. Having learned First-Hand, the tricks to the trade. I am a member of the BBB (Better Business Bureau), and IWCA (international window cleaning association). Having attended many of their annual conferences, I stay informed on developments of tools and equipment, and learn from safety training sessions.
