- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Always fair pricing! If price is not already included in description, it will be worked out prior to scheduling if possible. Discounts available for seniors and veterans. Other discounts available during promos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically confirm details of the job and determine if it makes sense to take on and that the price and scheduling can be negotiated. Then the job is done safely, quickly and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of hands-on training with a general contractor as well 2+ years of related education.
