Service call/diagnostics to the the home is $105 plus tax. Once the unit is looked at an estimate is given for repairs. Service call/diagnostics is included in the estimate given, not additional.

I have a associates degree in Information Technology. I have been factory trained by numerous manufacturer's and over fifteen years of field experience.
