Appliance Repair or Maintenance

Sean was great. He tried to help via the Thumbtack app to see if it would fix the problem. After it did not, he setup an appointment and diagnosed and fix the problem. I would be contacting him again for any future appliance issues.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Service call/diagnostics to the the home is $105 plus tax. Once the unit is looked at an estimate is given for repairs. Service call/diagnostics is included in the estimate given, not additional.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Perspective customer's can simply call or email to make an appointment.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a associates degree in Information Technology. I have been factory trained by numerous manufacturer's and over fifteen years of field experience.
