I take extra time with the client and explain in detail how I am fixing their PC and what they can do to prevent problems in the future. If I am unable to fix the problem I will not charge for the time put into diagnosing the problem. I will then send them to a reputable technician who will be able to fix the problem.
I like being able to satisfy the client at a very fair price and pass on some of my knowledge they can use in the future.

My experience with Ryan was one million percent positive. He was courteous, prompt, reassuring and completely fulfilled the promises he made. I will be using Ryan as my computer repair person in the future. I cannot recommend him strongly enough. His rates are competitive and fair and he repaired and improved my computer within 24 hours, adding some things that enhanced its performance. There is absolutely nothing that he could have done to improve this transaction, it was 100% all the way.
