- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 25% discount for weekly cleanings, 20% discount for bi-weekly appointments, and 15% discount for monthly cleanings. With us, everyone gets a discount. We also have special discounts for military people, and special discounts on holidays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get as much information from the customer on what they are looking to get done in their homes, such a deep clean, or move in/out or just a standard cleaning. We schedule an appointment for the cleaning. We show up the day of the appointment and do a walk through of the home. When we are done, we do another walk through to show the customer their fresh and sparkling clean home. Management calls the customers after the cleaners are left and asks for any feedback from the customer. We make sure every customer is satisfied with our service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every professional that works with us has many years of experience. We also provide a week of training to every new team member so they get to know our process and keep the consistency of our service.
