- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is situational based on obstacles and time and materials. Every tree is different and positions of the tree may vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to the customer after receiving an inquiry. We stop out to the address provided. If the tree is easily accessible, customers do not need to be present. We write up the estimate and send it over via email, text or through Thumbtack.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have our ISA Arborist certification, along with 20 years of experience. 14 years of residential and commercial experience as well as 6 years of experience working as Union tree trimmers through Duquesne Light.
