Deedee was great! Unfortunately we were unable to conquer the dog chasing cat problem in our first 2 sessions but that may have had more to do with our cat being unresponsive to interacting with our dog. For the last 2 sessions, we worked on manners outside and we have had significant improvements in leash manners and people manners! Deedee gave us the tools necessary to continue working with our dog to continue to improve. Also, scooby doos house of play has a wide variety of options from train and board to personal lessons that we will utilize in the future to continue to conquer our puppy problems :) our dog was an 6 year old rescue so she can obviously help train out bad behaviors in older dogs too! Would go back if we ever decide to get another dog with behavioral issues. Thanks Deedee!

Rhonda has been our pet sitter for over two years now. She always takes excellent care of them in our home and gives them plenty of play and exercise. She will call us with daily updates to let us know how they are doing as well, and leaves us detailed notes. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an in-home pet sitter!

Ellie is great with my Shar pei Chewie. Chewie is a very nervous dog and She trusts Ellie. She loves walking with Ellie. One night I was in the hospital about to be admitted and I called Ellie to get her to pick up Chew at 1130pm at night and she went and picked her up and watched her for me while some tests were being done. I trust Ellie in my apartment with my things and moreover and importantly I trust her with Chewie. Chewie was abused I think by the way she cowers when she occasionally had an accident and hides. She does not trust everyone and she trusted Ellie almost instantly which is a very rare thing for Chew. I don't think Chew trusted me when I get her as a rescue in November for almost a week. Ellie is awesome!!! Oh I also called Ellie the very day that she emailed me and I told her I needed her tomorrow. Ellie met her and came to the house that day. Ellie is the best pet walker and sitter!!

After we met Tracy, we adopted a 3rd cat because our daughter in Philadelphia felt bad that he is an adult cat who had not been adopted in 4 months. His prospects for getting adopted seemed slim. So we brought him to Pittsburgh. Our 2nd cat was not happy with the new guy and we did not have enough time to get everyone adjusted before we asked Tracy to care for them. She did a wonderful job taking care of each cat and keeping everyone in their "safe" areas. When we returned, everyone was happy.

Carol is a loving, dependable and very thoughtful pet loving woman. She takes my golden running and swimming each day and he comes home well exercised and very content. The best part of their new friendship is that Baxter is so excited and eager the next day when Carol arrives... Always wagging his tail! I would highly recommend Carol,; I already have!

Diana checked on my cat daily for about a week while I was vacation. He can be moody while I'm gone and has been known to scratch a friend that watches him. Diana didn't report any behavior issues, and he did not seem as stressed when I came home as he has in the past. I suspect it was the consistency of her visits that helped. Everyday at roughly the same time. Or she's just the cat whisperer! Either way it's nice knowing that I can call her in when I go out of town and I can pay her a reasonable fee rather than imposing on friends for favors.

Darlene is a delight to work with. I was at first nervous about leaving my 2 pups. They are bigger dogs and love attention. But after meeting with her and her correspondence while we were away, all worries melted away. The dogs seem to love her her and she's very good with them. Highly recommended.

Heidi does a great job, she is reliable and very good with my dog. She leaves me notes and let's me know what they did each day and even rounds up my chicken who occasionally escapes and puts her back in the coop. I would highly recommend Heidi to take care of any of your pet needs, I feel much better now that I know my dog is in good hands. Leslie

Lauren provided outstanding pet care for our dog and cat while we were on vacation. She was very thorough with her pre-visit to our house and very conscience about our cat's special diet. We would highly recommend her service.

Three dogs; 2 mini schnauzers and 1 shitz-poo. All are friendly. Oldest schnauzer (male) about 11 yrs old not too playful anymore, just slowing down. The other two dogs are full of energy and enjoy human interaction and play-time. All are well behaved and for the most part do not stray from the yard....if they do a firm voice command is all that is needed to recall them.
