I apologize again for the confusion. The situation was that the wedding dates on my end were mixed up with the date you had requested for your wedding. I had another client booked for your date previous to your interest in using my videography services. I would like to say that I take full responsibility for the scheduling error. I will make sure that this never happens again in the future. This being said, no contracts were signed and no payments were made. I offered an extended apology previous to your review explaining the situation and even tried to guide you in the right direction for another videographer for your wedding. "I regret to inform you that I am not available. My dates got mixed up and I already had a client scheduled that day. I feel terrible to say that I can not produce the film for your wedding. I tried my best to get someone else to film my other client so I could come film your wedding, but on such short notice, I was unable to make that happen. Once again, I am so sorry about the whole mixup. I take full responsibility for the mistake. Many of the videographers are wonderful on Thumbtack, please do try another videographer from the site that previously quoted you. You may also repost another request for a videographer for the date again. I'm positive you will get some pros who will be willing to help you out." Please know that this is not a reflection on my work or my films. This was a scheduling error I made during the preliminary discussions on Thumbtack.
