Where do I begin? The attention to detail and cleanliness of my house blew me away. Every blind was cleaned to detail, all my little "nick nacks" on my vanity were neatly organized, my floors were sparkling in every room. They even removed the mold that was growing on the ceiling in my bathroom. I look forward to having Hello Dirt clean, again...and would recommend them to all out there looking for a good, honest cleaning business.

The Crew was great! Victor and his team come in and do a great assessment. They completely follow through with all of the things they discuss during the proposal. When the cleaners were done Victor walked through the house. Highly recommend this service

I reached out to Victor needing a deep clean done on my two bed / two bath apartment before my family are coming to visit. My dad is currently in bad health so we needed to have the place as dustless as possible ( even with carpets ). The girls arrived first thing in the morning a within a few days and were here for nearly 5 hours. When we got home from work the place looked like a new apartment. It took the stress off us to deep clean especially the baseboards , fans and things like that. I will definitely be calling on Hello Dirt again with no hesitation should we need another deep clean as we can't fault a thing. Viktor and the girls took the stress away and now we can focus on spending time with the family and not worrying about working full time and trying to have the place spotless for entertaining guests. Victor is incredibly responsive, thankfully for me to texts, he came out right away, did a thorough walk through and set up a deep cleaning the following week. The crew did such an amazing job; the kitchen floor is the cleanest it's been in years and the hardwood floors look amazing. They cleaned every little detail, quickly and efficiently. Not to mention, everyone is so nice! I look forward to having them come every two weeks!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can provide an hourly or Fix estimate! We are very flexible with our customers and we can try to accommodate to their budget!
We also have a referral program where they can earn Free Cleaning as well!
Our prices are very competitive, we are probably 10% below the average price.
Customers can also choose what not to clean and will drastically change the price!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally schedule a walk through to make sure wether the client needs or not a initial Deep Cleaning! We proceed to check what are the customer’s requirements! We take notes and then set an affordable price! Our prices will vary depending on recurrence work!
We also work with an app that will connect the customers to our work, product inventory, check in and out from the house or business! We can chat over the app and send pictures of special project!

We worked for a different Cleaning company for over 4 years before we wanted to start our own little project!
