I had a great experience with Daniel. He was professional, arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, suggested the best replacement part for my plumbing fixture, and did a very good job fixing it. He explained what needed to be done and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also assured me that if anything goes wrong, I can contact him directly, which is very reassuring. The response from Mozzart to my emergency situation was rapid. I appreciate that Daniel advised upfront that they would not be able to provide a quote until they were able to physically assess the situation since it was not clear what the issue was (leaking from ceiling below bathroom). Not only did they arrive within two hours of my contacting them (on a beautiful Friday afternoon) but they were punctual. Daniel and his associate quickly assessed the problem and clearly explained the cause and the fix. The quote was very fair. In addition to fixing the immediate problem, the repair included preventative measures to prevent the problem from occurring again. Daniel demonstrates high proficiency and skill with a very professional and pleasant demeanor from both. I definitively recommend Mozzart Plumbing and will use them for my future plumbing needs.

I was hesitant to schedule this repair because, while it wasn't an emergency, my outdoor spigot was spraying water everywhere whenever it was turned on. I was worried the repair would require opening up a wall and that the costs could quickly escalate. Daniel was awesome. He immediately recognized my concerns and took the time to explain my options. He found a solution that minimized the expense while still repairing the problem correctly. He replaced the damaged valve and pipe, and although he did have to cut through an interior wall to access the plumbing, he installed a neat access panel afterward. That meant I didn't have to pay for drywall repairs, and I'll have easy access to the plumbing if it ever needs service again. Daniel was professional, honest, and clearly cared about finding the most cost-effective solution rather than the most expensive one. Don't hesitate to use this company. They have earned my highest recommendation!
