Communication was excellent. The technician arrived on time, very polite, extremely knowledgeable and made sure to explain to me everything he was doing. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple of options to choose from. We discussed the pros and cons and agreed upon a solution he arranged for the parts and was back in two days to finish the job he was clean quick, very personable and just a joy to work with. I will definitely be using this repair company again.
