We had hired him until midnight so at midnight I thanked him and said he should go home. He said they wouldn't leave until everything was cleaned up. Colin and Patrick then emptied our dishwasher, loaded all our glassware in the dishwasher, and cleaned up the kitchen!!
Colin also gave us advice on what to serve and what to buy. He brought some extra tables for us. Oh and he also came over earlier in the week to discuss the setup, even though that was a 3 hour round trip for him!
I am done looking for bartenders. Hire Colin and cross bartender off of your todo list permanently!!

Again in the future. Colin came up with amazing signature cocktails, gave me a shopping list, showed up on time and delivered top notch service. Great for casual or a formal get together!
