Introduction
I’ve been playing and teaching everyday for 20 years. I have a Masters degree from the University of The Arts in Jazz Performance and continue to play professionally in many genres of music on both upright and electric bass. I believe my specialty is diving to the core of someone’s struggles and mapping out a path for them to succeed in the direction of their choosing.

I’ve been taking bass lessons with Shane for over a year now , and I have enjoyed every second of it . Not only is he an amazing bass player, his knowledge and understanding of music far exceeds that. I have come a long way in one year and I look forward to each lesson that I have with him .
