- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price are very affordable and we do the entire job. We don`t cut corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourselves. We then go over what the customer have requested to be done then we setup a schedule appointment to do a walk-through then we can submit are Quote. If our Quote is Accepted then we schedule a time and day the work can get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this field since I was 19 yrs of age. I work with School Dist. Of Philadelphia and Other cleaning Company`s.
