Phillip arrived as scheduled. This was his first time and he was phenomenal . He was very professional and demonstrated outstanding and exceptional customer service. Janz did my carpets . Phillip is an experienced technician and an expert dealing with areas that are soiled. I am always amazed and in awe on how new everything looks when he is done. They are not just ordinary, but extraordinary.  Janz know their craft in their chosen profession. Phillip educated me on carpet care along the way. I am not a number at  Janz.  Phillip know what to do without me saying a word. I was treated so kind and with the highest level of customer service experience. I want to thank Phillip for making my floors look new and giving me the highest level of customer service. I would recommend Phillip and Janz Carpet Cleaning to someone who is looking for expert cleaning of floors, carpet and cloth furniture. I had scheduled a basement cleaning service for our new home, and I was thoroughly impressed with this professional's honesty and integrity. Upon inspection, he provided a sincere opinion, noting that since our carpet was less than a year old and had a protective coating, a full cleaning might compromise it. He recommended that vacuuming would suffice at this stage. I truly appreciate the transparency and genuine advice—something rarely seen in service providers today. He also did not charge for the visit, which further reflects his professionalism and customer-first approach. Highly recommended.
