Upon inspection, he provided a sincere opinion, noting that since our carpet was less than a year old and had a protective coating, a full cleaning might compromise it. He recommended that vacuuming would suffice at this stage. I truly appreciate the transparency and genuine advice—something rarely seen in service providers today. He also did not charge for the visit, which further reflects his professionalism and customer-first approach. Highly recommended.

Janz Carpet Cleaning was very responsive and professional. By far they had a great price compared to others. We had a whole house cleaning and they did the job well! They have knowledge of how to treat carpet from years of experience at a major carpet cleaning company and the great part is our carpet dried quickly.
