John came from Philly to my house in DE to clean my carpets. He texted the night before to ask if it was still a good time for him to come down, he called on his way here to let me know exactly what time he would be here. He cleaned my carpets in the whole house and they look so good. He's responsive, thorough and reasonable. I'll add in there very personable too. He asked if he could give my dog treats which always touches my heart. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a portable heavy-duty industrial steam cleaner. I will need access to a sink to fill my 5-gallon bucket. It typically takes 4-6 hours for the carpets to fully dry; air conditioners and ceiling fans help speed up the drying process. I highly recommend staying off the carpet until it is fully dried.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With eight years of experience working for a prior carpet cleaning company and having entered thousands of different homes, I believe I can confidently handle most challenges that come with operating my own business.
