- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a portable heavy-duty industrial steam cleaner. I will need access to a sink to fill my 5-gallon bucket. It typically takes 4-6 hours for the carpets to fully dry; air conditioners and ceiling fans help speed up the drying process. I highly recommend staying off the carpet until it is fully dried.

With eight years of experience working for a prior carpet cleaning company and having entered thousands of different homes, I believe I can confidently handle most challenges that come with operating my own business.
