FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new customers is to meet greet and get acquainted. After the initial introduction my next action of business would be to perform a proper walk through of all the areas in need of service. After I received all information that I need from the customer I will be able to notify them of cleanability and set proper expectations. After setting expectations its time to clean carpet furniture wood or upholstery etc. When I work I am in the habit of calling l upon my customers periodically so they can rest informed and insured during the cleaning process. Finally upon completion I will ask my customer to take a final look at the results. If my customer is happy I will begin wrapping up my equipment, collect payment ,send receipt, request a review, and be on my way.
