I recently hired Marlon and his team to install flooring in my property, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They were diligent, professional, and finished the job in just two days—a record in my experience. I’ve had flooring work done a few times before, but I’ve never seen anyone move as quickly and efficiently while maintaining 100% quality.
Marlon completed over 1,400 square feet across two floors, plus a flight of stairs, and the results are flawless. The transitions are seamless, and the attention to detail is unmatched.
I noticed some of his reviews were lower than expected, but I can confidently say you have nothing to worry about. Marlon and his team exceeded all expectations, and I’ll gladly recommend them to friends and family. I’ll definitely be using his services again in the future!

Marlon did an incredible job! We are so happy with our new floors. We got an estimate on Wednesday evening, met him Saturday morning to pick our laminate flooring and he and his associate did the floors later that day! They look so good, but more over he made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Other companies would only work with certain brands. Marlon went out of his way to make sure we got the floors of our dreams. You can’t go wrong hiring him for your flooring needs. He did laminate over our hardwood in our living room and dining room, but we plan to hire him for our kitchen and the upstairs next.

My prices are based on the type of work I must perform at the client's home, as each job has its own price. We also charge 50% to start the job and another 50% when we finish the job if the job takes more than 1 or 2 days.
