- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive, we deal directly with the manufacturers such as Mohawk, Bruce, and Shaw. Being full service means we install the products we sell, truly standing behind our installation warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We schedule the estimate, where we bring samples of what the client has expressed interest in to the residence. 2. Once measurements are taken and samples selected, we offer an estimate detailing what specifically is in the job scope. 3. Once estimate is accepted we proceed after the deposit (50% of invoice total) is received with the order. Then we order materials and set installation date. 4. Date of installation, we install materials to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years experience selling and installing floors throughout the Tri-state area. Dealing with homeowners to business executives, we truly earned our knowledge through good ole trail and error. We are current with our manufacturers annual conventions, and have long standing relationships with our sales rep from each outfit.
