We had Reed out to repair some carpet padding that was improperly installed when the carpets went in. He was very meticulous in his methods and he did not leave until he was sure I was satisfied. I would not hesitate for a second to hire him again.
UPDATE 2/25/26: We needed to make some adjustments to the carpeting which left some padding exposed and the carpet improperly placed. We had Reed back out and in well under an hour he had two rooms looking absolutely perfect. He continues to be highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Reed did a phenomenal job stretching the carpet in my living room/dining room area. He moved any furniture that needed to be moved. Even was very patient with me when I asked him if I could vacuum the carpet before the furniture was moved back into place. His fee was very reasonable and he was a pleasure to do business with. No. Every job is unique.
There are so many variables that can affect the time and effort it takes to complete the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a time to meet with them in person at the home or location the work is being done so I can measure the area that is getting carpet. Also I will ask what type of carpet you are looking for so I can bring the appropriate samples with me.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I starting working with someone who had been installing for 15 years and I
Learned from them and trial and error by doing work for friends & family.
People kept calling me back to do more work or I got referrals from them and it just took off from there.
