- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any installation of residential HVAC equipment we give a upfront flat rate fee .when we travel to the customers home or place of business for repairing equipment there is a small service fee charge.then we will give an upfront flat rate price to the customer for work to be performed.

I decided to get in this line of work at a very early age. I always like working with my hands and figuring problems out .
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice I would give to the customer is make sure your contractor is licensed and insured.
