Luis, Jason and Sway were AMAZING!! They were beyond thorough in explaining the entire process, answered all my questions and always checked in to make sure I was ok with the placement of the vents, indoor and outdoor units and installed a water heater. They were also super accommodating when it came time to remove my old boiler, oil tank and 9 radiators. I could not be any happier and the icing on the cake was that they were completely affordable!! I will recommend them to any and everyone who is looking for a full system install or any other work from an HVAC expert.

After dealing with a nightmare contractor from a nightmare warranty company I decided to go out and find my own contractor. After downloading the thumbtack app I browsed through a few heating places and came across Arctic Fox. I reviewed the reviews on Thumbtack as well as google and they had great reviews. I decided to reach out for a quote on my heater and there was an immediate response with an immediate date to come out. Johnny came out and was amazing! Very knowledgeable when it came to information and very passionate about what he does! He let me know everything that was wrong, how they can fix and options that I have. Customer service was great and highly recommend for heating and cooling needs

Jason and Jay where the epitome of professionalism. They came to replace my entire air conditioning system. The first thing I am thankful for is they came in with tarp for my newly completed hardwood floors. I just had them done. They were knowledgeable, precise, courteous and respectful. They made sure everything was working right before leaving. They showed me pictures of the work done in my attic as well as the outside unit. I am completely satisfied with Artic Fox. They also cleaned the smudges they made on my freshly painted walls. I will be using them again in the fall for heating inspection. Thank you, Artic Fox.

On May 13 ,2022 My new HVAC system was installed by this great team of experts. I ordered my new system elsewhere and hired Luis and team to do my install. My system was delivered surprisingly much earlier than expected 💃🏾🙌. But, there was an issue with fitting the compressor through the door into the house. I called Luis,I frantic about this problem and but he was booked and to busy to change my install date but was kind enough to have my system picked up and stored for me until my install date. ❤️ Wow! Thanks Luis! I could now breath easy until my turn came. On my big day the team arrived ready to work, and that they did! My original system was almost 40 years old and we could no longer use it because it was leaking carbon monoxide from the cracks in the broken pipes which they replaced. I am so happy with the new system! Luis isn’t just nice in the beginning to gain your business, he is truly a considerate professional all the way through the process. I will definitely recommend and hire again if need be. I would be pleased call Arctic Fox Heating and Cooling to work for me or referrals in the future. Great job, guys!

My father is a retired general contractor and when I was little, I use to go to work with him and the only thing he didn’t know was Hvac. I took Hvac up to make his company stronger but he retired before I got enough experience.. so I started my own business
