- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At PETER MECHANICAL LLC, we start by discussing the customer’s HVAC needs, concerns, and budget. We then schedule an on-site visit to inspect the system or property and provide a detailed, transparent estimate. Once approved, our licensed technicians complete the installation, repair, or maintenance professionally and efficiently while keeping the customer informed throughout the process. After the job is completed, we make sure everything is running properly and answer any questions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
