I needed my carpetscleaned for a prompt move out turn around. Khalil had perfect correspondence, was flexible with my multiple time and date changes and reached our house for the job before starting time. He was polite, finished quickly and my carpets look brand new (and smell glorious!) I can’t wait to use him again for other projects. You should book him too.

First Round did an excellent job transforming our carpet. We were on a time crunch - moving into a new place - and they were able to fit us in immediately. I am still amazed at the job done on the old and worn carpet, it is extremely clean and helps make the new place feel like home.
Khalil was kind, professional, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend their services!

Khalil and team was amazing. he was always on top of things and helped with the cleaning and carpet removal very quickly. He communicated the entire process efficiently and took care of our basement right away. The paperwork formalities were also taken care seamlessly.

Gave our office a deep cleaning to help us get started for the new year. Extremely thorough and it would be a challenge to try and find a spot in our office with dust or dirt on it after they were done. Also had our carpet Shampooed which really got through to the hard to clean stains around our desks and waiting rooms. The whole place smells fantastic. Wiped down our entire kitchen and bathroom and even cleaned all of our kitchen appliances. Everything on our desks and shelves were put back in its place once they were done and I might even say that it was more organized than what we had done before. Khalil and First Round are great and someone I would hire again in an instant.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am IICRC certified in Water Restoration, which encompasses carpet and water extraction. I am also an IICRC certified Odor Control Technician, which also relates to. indoor air quality.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandfather, older cousin, and middle brother have all been in cleaning in one capacity or another for decades I decided to enter the space as a way to build a business and provide a service for my specific area that I felt was under served.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with residential clients and well as commercial clients. I am looking forward to picking up project and contract base work as well.
