I contacted HSJ because of the great reviews and pictures of their work. I was definitely not disappointed; my carpets are cleaned and look better then before. To their defense the carpets are about 7 years old lol. There was a little mix-up in communication and time but Shacita made it right. The two gentleman that came out was professional and extremely nice; both apologized for the timing mishap. Overall, I’m pleased!

Had two different cleaning jobs (one carpetcleaning in three bedrooms and a staircase, and one new home cleaning before move in) in one week at two different places - both times we had issues arise that were out of the control of HSJ, and they came back the very next day and pivoted to get the work done. Super friendly and professional - highly recommend

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer reaches out to HSJ and schedules an appointment for us to come take a look at site to receive service. A lead member will meet customer at site for a thorough walkthrough, taking notes,measurements and pictures of cleanable area as customers state cleaning expectations. Customer will receive detailed quote within 24 hours of walkthrough.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certificate of training in health-based cleaning systems and floor care.
