- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on an hourly rate. Depending on the size of the job and type of cleaning requested (standard or deep) will determine the pricing or estimate. We do offer two separate programs for our ongoing clients; month-to-month or 4 month contract program. **Please note discounts for standard cleaning ONLY applies to our 4 month contract program. Otherwise, the regular price will apply with a discount every 6th clean. **Discount rates are 10% off for monthly services; 20% off for bi-weekly; 25% off for weekly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All customers must put down a $50 deposit when booking to secure your appointment date and time. This deposit goes towards your total reducing it by $50 and the balance is due once services is rendered. The deposit is non-refundable if the Client doesn't give us 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling his/her appointment. Everything is done via Square; a secure website that processes debit/credit card transactions. We will email you the invoice along with a contract that outlines everything that's included with the services you requested. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed, insured and bonded and have been in business for over 15 years. All our Cleaning Technicians are trained professionals. We do a extensive background check to ensure that we offer safe and qualified professionals to enter your homes or businesses.
