FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge flat rates, not hourly — so you know the exact cost upfront before I start, with no surprises based on how long the job takes. Pricing depends on the size of the home and type of service: Standard house cleaning: $100–$140 for a 1 bed/1 bath, up to $240+ for a 5 bed/large home Deep cleaning: $200–$270 for a small home/apartment, up to $370–$520 for a large home Move-in/move-out cleaning: $220–$320 for an apartment, up to $370–$620 for a large house Add-ons (flat fees): oven ($40), fridge ($35), interior windows ($5/window or $45 flat up to 10), baseboards ($45), TV cleaning ($35), inside cabinets ($45), ceiling fans ($40), vents ($35) I offer daily, weekly, or monthly recurring service, and I always give a free flat-rate quote before starting. No hidden fees — the price we agree on is the price you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick call or text to get details on the space — size, condition, and what type of clean you need (standard, deep, or move-in/move-out). From there I give a free, accurate quote based on my price list. Once we agree on scope and schedule, I do the first clean to a high standard, then set up recurring service (daily, weekly, or monthly) if that's what you're looking for. For daycares specifically, I also walk through any sanitation requirements up front so the space meets the standards it needs to.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got my start young — my two uncles own a janitorial company, and I worked with them from about age 10 to 13, learning the trade hands-on. That early experience stuck with me, and by 19 I decided to start my own cleaning business, Jeremiah Janitorial Services, bringing that same work ethic and attention to detail to my own customers.
