Ben helped me out with a variety of computer problems, I'm not savvy on this front. I chose the three items as asked, but in fact all five apply. He was knowledgeable, very pleasant, and I'm planning a follow up visit as I write. All around a definite 5!

Ben was awesome! He went above and beyond. Fixed my laptop issues, then setup my MacBook Air and even showed me how to use it properly as I am not a Mac person. He then connected both laptops to my home network, which also includes a desktop computer, which has most of my files. Now I'm able to work anywhere in my home and get to the files I need. He's my computer guy now for sure. I most definitely recommend him.

I had my keyboard replaced. The work was done after series of communications for scheduling which was quite punctual. The laptop was ready when it was promised.
