- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Beside my full-time career and the normal, constant re-education involved with technology, I hold a masters in Information Technology from Penn's School of Engineering.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been doing full-time computer support for 50 users for over 30 years. Home users we a natural extension of my daytime work. I used to support home PCs but now I only support home Mac's (there are always exceptions).
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most work comes from people who err having difficulties with some aspect of their home computing.
